WINEMAKING
The Abednego allows all three varieties to shine - spice and earthy characters from the Grenache, powerful yet elegant tannin structure and mid palate weight from the Shiraz, and a vibrancy and fruit richness from the Mourvèdre. A perfect balance between structure and fruit sweetness will allow this wine to age for many years, whilst also being a vibrant, fruit dominant wine to enjoy when released
